• Colon Hydrotherapy

  1 Hour - $85. Series of 3 - $230. Colon hydrotherapy is a very ancient method of treatment and form of healing. It never would have survived through the scientific era unless it had unquestionable value to those recipients of such healings. When a person is constipated, the walls of the colon are generally packed or lined with accumulated feces and mucous from many months or years of intestinal cramming. So, the inside of the colon might be compared to a water pipe, which is partly obstructed by mineral deposits and corrosion. Thus, you can imagine why the colon can neither absorb nor eliminate properly. Foods remain undigested. Many tablets and capsules are seen by our colon therapist passing through entirely whole. Wastes from the blood arrive at the inner wall of the colon, they cannot pass through this area crammed with hardened feces and mucous, so they are reabsorbed into the body. Add to this the toxins resulting from the fermentation and putrefaction of the undigested food, some 36 poisons include indole, skatole, phenol, creosol, putrescine, cadaverine, sepsin, and others. You can understand now why it is not a simple matter of washing out loose material lying free inside the lower digestive tract. If this were the case, a high enema or flushing with a lot of water would possibly be sufficient to take care of its removal. However, we have seen many cases at our office that pass little more than clear water for the first several visits: then this impacted fecal matter begins to "break down" and the inspection tube is filled with thick, putrid, hard, almost black, foul smelling debris, along with many "flakes" of broken-down mucous and intestinal wall issue, and sometimes one or more forms of parasites, including tapeworms. By cleansing the colon of impacted and putrefactive fecal matter, colon hydrotherapy offers relief from a variety of disturbances. Fatigue, gas, headaches, irritability, skin problems, cold hands and feet, and lethargy are among the symptoms people have found relieved by colon cleansing. Constipation, of course, is another, as well as chronic diarrhea. With colon hydrotherapy, your sense of well being is often dramatically improved. You feel lighter, more energetic.     After the gentle insertion of a small tube into the rectum, rubber tubing carries the water in and wastes out in a gently pressurized system-no mess, no fuss, no odor-in fact; it's a very relaxing experience.   • Is the procedure painful?

    Rarely. Sometimes during the procedure the muscles of the colon contract suddenly, expelling considerable liquid and waste into the rectum. The contraction may feel like cramping or gas with pressure in the rectum. Most of the process is mild and gentle with a wonderful light and empty feeling afterwards.

  • Can colon hydrotherapy wash away all bacteria, even the good?

    The helpful bacteria can only live in an alkaline environment whereas the harmful ones thrive in an acidic environment. Most people, due to years of improper eating, lack of exercise and poor elimination have an unbalance colon. So it's helpful to flush away the bacteria in an unbalanced colon. The great benefit of the cleansing program is to change the environment to be balanced.

  • How do you improve the function of your colon?

    Learn proper food combinations. Eat 60% of your foods raw. They should be fresh, organic, in-season from your local area. Get a wide variety, but eat smaller quantities. Chew your foods properly by slowing down while eating and relax. Reduce stress and tension by exercising daily, and getting the proper amount of sleep. Avoid intestinal overloading by responding to the "call of nature" immediately. Don't forget about your water. Drink half of your body weight daily, sip it, not with meals, but either 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals.

  • What is Ear Coning?

    Ear coning is an alternative method of cleaning out excess wax and toxins from the ear canal. A cone shaped candle is placed in the ear canal and the top end of the cone is ignited. The cone is typically made up of a cotton muslin dipped in wax and is hollow on the inside. When the cone is ignited, it creates an upward vacuum that will suction up wax, toxins and any other substances from the ear canal into the lower portion of the candle.
